Sunrise medical group of dr. Amy j. Burke is the greatest,friendly,understanding and helpful doctor office i have ever been to . I highly recommend to anyone that needs and wants excellent medical treatment and true honesty . I am always met with a warm inviting welcome. Dr. Burke listens to you and discusses problems or issues. Any health decisions are made joint agreement. She also has a well trained staff to back her up. Bill Kammerer
Receptionist was very pleasant. Minimal wait time. Efficient and helpful care by staff.
Dr. Burke is a highy skill and professional doctor. Appointments have always been on time. Both she and her staff are very courteous. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know. Dr.Burke is also down to earth and will explain a condition to you in laymen terms ,so they can be better understood.
I cancelled an appointment a couple days ahead of time. When I called I got an apparent answering service who said the entire office was out to lunch at the time. I left my name and the date of my appointment. My wife was standing next to me when I made the call. A week later I got a bill for $50 for no show/no call. Now, I've missed or forgotten about appointments in the past and paid whatever fee was required, but this time I made sure I called to cancel in advance. So I went into the office a
Awful experience at this office. The office and nurses smell of cigarettes. Extremely rude staff both in person and over the phone. Symptoms not taken seriously on multiple occasions. Accused me of being pregnant when in reality I had a kidney infection which landed me in the ER hours after my appointment at sunrise. Staff is uneducated and simply does not care.
Always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Burke & PA's, the office staff has always been courteous & friendly to me, they always made time to fit me in to see the doctor on the same day I called.
Dr Burke and her staff were key players in our daughters adoption. Along with helping nurse her to health she went above in writing a letter for court.
Dr Burke, has been my GP for over 8 yrs. She a very professional Dr. With a very ethical practice. Dr Burke, has guided me to keep myself in good health
