Today was my first visit. I was cheerfully greeted by Renee and treated by Jamie Matlock. I was taken back immediately for my 2:15 appt. Jamie had a great personality and took the time to throughly explain my diagnosis as well as the recommended course of treatment. Youl was also very pleasant. I had an appointment with Jamie, an orthopedic nurse practitioner, for wrist pain due to De Quervain's tenosynovitis. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. When I arrived for my appointment, I waited only 5 minutes before having x-rays taken and received a cortisone shot within 20 min. The office staff was efficient and compassionate - a good combination!
The concern of the doctors and how they get to the bottom of my problems. They don't rest till they have an answer. The staff are wonderful and treat you like family. I will not let any other doctor work on me.
The office staff was friendly and very helpful. They took us back within 5 minutes of arrival.Dr Moinfar was very nice and explained what was happening and what he could do.Dr Moinfar answered all our questions and didn't rush us out of the office. He made sure to tell us if we had a problem or questions to call the office.
I have been a patient of Dr. Moinfar's for 20 years. He has expertly and professionally performed 3 surgeries on me. I have recommended him to numerous friends and family, all of whom have also been pleased with his care. He is personable and accessible, and focused on successful outcomes.In my opinion, he is simply the best.
Doctor Moinfar and his entire team are fantastic. His assistant Jamie is so professional yet caring and patient.I saw 2 other doctors over several months and got no where. Doc Moinfar and his team quickly diagnosed my torn rotator cuff and bicep and scheduled a surgery. They followed up for a full year and worked closely with 4Oaks physical therapy as I transitioned back to 100%. This is particularly impressive because I am a 73 year old man. Underwent rotator cuff surgery in December. Dr Moinfar came highly recommended from a friend who had the same surgery. From the start I could see why. Dr Moinfar was patient and answered all my questions. Surgery was smooth and rehab was very successful. Look no farther, if you’re considering Dr Moinfar I would highly recommend that you let him work his magic. Staff was great too.
I felt like I was family. Staff was incredible and friendly.
