Over Christmas 2017 I tore my Medial Meniscus and strained my ligaments. Dr. Moinfar performed laparoscopic surgery to repair the meniscus on 16 March. He recommended Physical Therapy during the rehab. After 9 weeks, I am 100% clear. Dr. Moinfar is a very impressive surgeon with excellent interpersonal skills (a rare combination for surgeons). I would (and have) recommend him to anyone. A great choice.

For over 30 years I have suffered with arthritis in my knees. About 16 or 17 years ago, my doctor recommended that I see Dr. Monifar. We started with the shots which worked for me. Last May I had replacement surgery in my right leg which was extensive. My right knee is great and I am still getting shots in my left knee. He works with insurance which can be difficult. I have recommended him several times. His physical therapy and his staff also get 5 stars.

Dr. Moinfar is a great surgeon. He can be a little overwhelming at first, but if you have trust things will turn out great. I had a rather difficult surgery that many surgeons do not perform and he took an interest in that part and made sure I fully understood everything. He does talk SUPER fast when you meet him and seems to be at a fast pace - you'll get used to it. I started writing things down/recording because there was no way I'd remember everything. Don't mistake his urgency as not caring

I highly recommend Dr. Moinfar for those seeking professional and effective orthopedic treatment. Dr. Moinfar operated on my shoulder to re-attach my biceps muscle approximately 4 years ago. The results were exceptional and the repaired shoulder is stronger than my non-injured shoulder. Recently he treated me for chronic tendinitis in my elbow. In this case his non-surgical interventions have provided great relief while allowing me to continue my physical work full time.

This is the best operation experience ever. Amir is attentive courteous and answers all questions with direct and genuine responses. He realizes the patients have a life as well. If anything, I should have had this operation sooner. I was back at the office and fully functional in five weeks. I would strongly support any decision to use Dr. Moinfar. As an aside, one of my employees had the same knee operation at another hospital and surgeon and she was out three months. That says it a//

I already advertised on my Facebook page that anyone in Maryland needing knee work, go to Dr. Moinfar! Dr. Moinfar is one of the most attentive, friendly doctors I have ever met. He always remembered me, understood my health concerns and helped me progress every step of the way. Had I not found Dr. Moinfar, I likely would not be running or working out again. Thank you!

Dr. Moinfar repaired a complete tear in my rotator cuff and in 5 months I was fully functional! Back to playing tennis and everything else I couldn't do before the surgery. The experience was considerably better than I expected. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Moinfar the THE best! After seeing 4 doctors and dealing with a torn labrum for 8 months, he was the only doctor who was proactive in getting my shoulder fixed! He knew exactly what needed to be done and didn’t give me the run around. Great bedside manner and always positive. He is very honest and thorough, which I really appreciated! Highly recommend him and his office. Thank you Dr. Moinfar for fixing me!!!
