Dr Murcia is a very caring and compassionate physician.He has always taken great care of my family My wheelchair bound 90 y father had an appointment and when we got there the elevator was broken…many doctors would have made him reschedule but Dr. Murcia sent his assistant to the ground floor to tale his vitals and then came down with his equipment to do the consultation in the garden where my father was waiting! Truly appreciate the care and respect for his patients!
Dr Murcia is a very caring doctor. He takes his time to explain everything as far as your medical condition and your meds.

Dr. Murcia is a wonderful professional. He takes all the time in the world to address your concerns and he goes deep into detail to make sure that you get healthy. Highly recommended!
The staff is terrible and completely unprofessional, they have elderly people waiting outside with no chance of seating or even trying to give them priority. I understand is for Covid-19 reasons but there is no excuse, this is completely inhuman. They should not overbook appointments if they can’t have a number of people inside the office. The desk assistant is rude, doesn’t care about patients and ignores them while laughing and talking with the nurse practitioner and making fun of other patients.
