The worst front desk team i have ever seen. 20 minutes to get an appt on hold and they slam the door and phone in your FACE. Dr. Mark really need to know that they represent him!

I have gone to this office 4 different times. My last visit was the WORST Dr. visit of my life. The Dr. and his staff had not gotten pre-authority for my scans, so they could bill me and my insurance for the scan. I called the entire week before to ensure they had approval. The office manager told me they would take care of it and of course never did. I had to get a scan before my insurance was going to run out and I had been diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Mark was wonderful. He makes a great and efficient effort to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible. He's also very precise. I was very grateful that he took considerable time to tell me what the MRI revealed and also for his friendly demeanor. I had a negative experience at a different place, a long time ago, when getting an MRI. This experience was the opposite and if I ever need another MRI I am coming back to Dr. Mark. Thank you Dr. Mark!
