When you have chronic pain, and it's caused by a rare disease, finding decent care can feel impossible. Not with Dr. Nelson, and his staff. The only place to give my pain the attention it needs is his clinic. It's crazy the contrast, between his office, and EVERYWHERE ELSE. They are not like everywhere else, and I'm more grateful for that than the English language can express.

I’m a military spouse with a lot of spinal issues & Dr. Nelson & his P.A. have been a part of my neurology & Pain team for the entirety of my time in Utah. Throughout some really scary times with severe pain, Dr. Nelson has been the center of my care & has always communicated my care needs to my other specialists. Dr. Nelson is the first doctor in years to look at the big picture of what is causing my pain and to go from there. I respect him greatly professionally, and enjoy bantering with him. I am many times better off than two years ago. I drive 100 miles to see him even though there is a provider in my town. I also highly recommend his PA, and his staff is very good to work with.
I've been seen Dr. Nelson for a few months for several pain issues I have. He is very professional and takes his time with each vist I have with him. I have really enjoyed going to him and working with him and his staff on my pain management.
Became visibly angry today was incredibly abusive.
