Great Quality of Service – I must say that I have never experienced such quality customer service as I did with this company. I had a major issue with one of my neighbors. His house is next to mine and every time he does some sort of carpentry project or other, sawdust seems to blow into my ducts and straight into the house. Thank You Dr. Airduct – I would like to share my opinion of the wonderful experience I had with the cleaning crew of Dr. Air Duct. The customer service is the best I ever had. I had many questions and concerns before the air duct cleaning. Every other company I called didn't take the time to answer my questions. Did a great job , vent cleaning. – I needed to get this done quickly because the following week I would not be available. He accomodated me by coming in early Sunday morning to do the job. He did everything that was needed.
This Was A Good Experience – This is the second time I have used this company. I hired them to clean my dryer vent and they were about fiftheen minutes late this time. When they arrieved at my house they worked quickly and gave me a discount. I had a good experience with them. Miz Brenda
expected more – We are trying to find out if our fireplaces can be reopened, fixed and used, or how best to make them usable (eg - fireplace inserts). This was indicated to the folks by phone and in person. The "inspector" did not get on the roof to look at the chimney, or into the attic to check it out. He didn't even look at the fireplace on the first floor, or into the chimney on the second floor, which would have required taking some weather-blocker out...not difficult. Hello, I'm Ronnie the inspector that did the job. The first complaint was that I didn't go to the roof. I saw from the outside of the house that the top of the chimney was in good condition. After looking up the chimney from inside of both fireplaces, I could see no problem therefore no need to go too the roof. Both fireplaces in the house were too small in depth to burn logs successfully and have all the smoke go up the chimney.
Above the rest – Dr. Airduct is good. I don't have a lot of time to go on and on about how remarkable their service is, but I would like to spread the word. Pass this along to your family and friends. They came out a week ago and took care of my mom;s dryer. They cleaned out all the dirt and lint that could have started a fire. DO NOT USE Dr. Air Duct – Update 6-7-09 ** I demanded 50% of the fee and they sent me a check) I hired them to have my chimney cleaned prior to moving out. It was on an inspection requirements list. I called and they quoted $99 or $129 depending on if I had a fireplace or chimney. They came on the date specified but were 2 hours late. When they came they did the job quickly. Best duct cleaning in Atlanta – This is Omry here. I needed my ducts cleaned. My wife had constant problems breathing, little did I know that the ducts were clogged. Dr. Airduct was recommended. I called this company and they sent two guys out the next morning. They showed us the problem and now my wife can breathe easier. Even the dogs are more energetic.
