Dr. Lombardi and staff are excellent. They are all professional and obviously care for their patients.Would recommend Dr. Lombardi to anyone who needs hip surgery.
Initial exam and subsequent surgery scheduling was so professional all the way through. Very organized and designed for the comfort of the patient.Everyone was so pleasant and kind! Super experience!
The doctor and staff were polite and succinct. He reviewed my past medical records and was able to allow a procedure I was requesting, to my surprise. I was grateful for the opportunity to connect with Dr Lombardi since my past orthopaedic doctor was retired.
Dr. Lombardi & his entire staff were very professional, courteous, concerned and caring. He and his associate, Dr. Todd Bertram, explained in great detail my xrays and answered all my numerous questions in great detail and in language I could understand. He expressed concern regarding my curved spine and my fused C spine and ordered additional pre op testing to be sure any difficulties would be addressed before surgery. I am quite impressed with Dr. Lombardi.
The facility was spacious and easy to navigate. The entire staff, and Dr Lombardi provided me with excellent care, prompt and pleasant service.
Dr. Lombardi came highly recommended and he definitely did not disappoint. He fully explained the procedure, provided clear guidance, and thoroughly answered my questions & concerns. Although he's extremely busy, he took the time to put me at ease about my surgery. Very personable, direct, and straight to the point; no doubt he runs a tight ship from start to finish. Extremely impressive!
Everything was explained to me what I need to do in the future. I appreciate him showing me pictures and what my knees look like. I had no idea.
My initial visit was excellent. Dr. Lombardi and his staff were professional, concerned, polite, and treated me with dignity.
