Worst $38 I’ve ever spent on a car wash... for $18 at the downtowner the car washes were incredible. Completely lied to when we were told the interior was included. Nothing inside was cleaned—not even our floormats—and when the manager, Rick, got involved, he told us we should have spent $50 to get the inside cleaned and was extremely disrespectful and confrontational with my husband... as a business owner myself, I wouldn’t have a business if I talked to any of my customers that way... Didn’t vacuum good, had to point out dirt left behind on the door on the outside. Left and realized there’s very noticeable dirt foot prints still on the glove box on the passenger side. Big disappointment for the amount of money I paid. �
I when to your car wash on 4/24/18. They did a horrible job at cleaning my car. They had to reclean it. It still was dirty the manager really didn't wanna do anything to make it right. I would like my money back. I will never come here again.
I paid for the best interior and exterior cleaning... my car looked untouched when they finished and I got it back. Won't be returning, don't waste your money. My car wasn't vaccumed, wiped down. The trunk untouched and dirt everyone. Windows are streaky. Seriously disappointed.
My wash was ok, but they didn’t wipe the dash or interior much at all. There’s no posting of their prices. I had to pay for my wash upgrade outside while telling them I wanted an oil change. Inside the squirt guns are gone, the interior of the place is all gray and drab. The coffee sucked, but they did have popcorn. The shoe shine guy is still there, so that is good. But the worst thing - no Sunday paper on my seat �
Third time is not a charm with these people. Did not vacuum, did not "condition" the inside, did not remove all dirt during the dry off. After speaking to two managers could not get it right. They cannot handle their volume. Too fast but not enough detail for their detailing service. You do NOT get what you pay for. Spent at least 1 hour here and didn't get the quality of a 5-minute drive-thru gas station wash.
