I went in for a full clean, inside and out. Paid for the deluxe service. They vacuumed my carpets, but didn’t lift up the floor mats. They wiped the dash but nothing else. I was very disappointed. I miss when it was The Downtowner, much better service. I will not go back.

we are always happy with our car washes and interior cleaning.
I paid for the platinum package to have my interior done well. That did not happen at all. They put maybe 20% effort in and it looked awful. Waste of money.
Horrible job, nothing was really wiped down on the inside and they don't do mats anymore? What kind if car wash is this. $38 plus tip, what a rip off. Transaction #41238633333
