They are pushy when trying to upsell you, overpriced and do not do good work ... waiting room plays loud music, not much seating. This place really makes me miss the old Downtowner - will definitely not be back.
Disappointed used to be the best place to get a wash. Haven’t been there in a wile and I think they lost all the attention to detail and touches it used to have. So sad been going for a long time now and will probably not be back.
Recommendedrecently I went in for a full wash & detail. However, to much tire shine was applied in my tires, tire shine sprayed up on my running boards on my Jeep, stained them. I took my Jeep back. Fred took good care of me with no issues. THANK YOU Fred for taking care of my Jeep!!!
Poor equipment that needs to be replaced. Do not expect a real vacuuming or wipe down of interior. Even when you pay extra for the dash--because this is what happened to me. Quality was not a part of my experience. As a customer I should NOT be asking for the vacuum myself--and doing a more thorough job than what was done nor should it be that much work to do the job I did. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the whole experience and it isn't my first time there.

Nice facility and friendly staff, but results were somewhat disappointing.
Well I got a car wash but the vacc crew in my lane was getting one car doe. For every 5 or 6 in the other lane so it took a very long time to get through while others who came much later seemed to sail through. Those crews need some supervision! Also my back seat still had lots of dog hair on it so after all that the vacuuming left much to be desired.
Spent $30. Barely vacuumed out the back or wiped the interior clean. Never going back.
They were actually extremely friendly from all aspects. Also, they found an oil leak (they don't provide repair service, so no benefit for them) they took the time to show me and walk me through the possible sources so that I can contact the service office of my choice (I will always recommend Braussen in Roseville). Every individual there was great.
