My windows all had to be rewarded to get rid of the streaks. Definitely not going back.

They don't do near as well as the Downtowner. Don't dry well. Wheels and inside horrible! Need appointment for hand wax? Sad but I still have coupons for wash. They don't care like Monpettit did.

Never again.... I expected the inside to be cleaned what a joke it looks awful. Worst $42. I ever spent.... And I will make sure my husband doesn’t bring his vehicles there anymore. It’s too bad the old place sold because they were awesome.

They only reason I drove from Woodbury to here was because of the express detailing that you would do. Since you longer offer that it is...bye bye. Sad.
I am no longer a customer. Anyone else miss Downtowner? Never had a complaint there. Worst car washes since the change and now won’t honor two gift cards for detailing as they were purchased just before the name change. Cancelled my unlimited wash membership too.
