I payed $30 for the full service 1 package so that my seats would be vacuumed and my door panels cleaned (which is already a joke because they promote the basic wash as interior and exterior yet they don’t wipe down the door panels dash board or cup holders). When it came out the back seats had not been touched. Only after I insisted multiple times they had me pull over to the side of the building and someone came out with a vacuum to get the job done. I made a special trip there to get the interior of my car cleaned and am extremely disappointed. I have a new car that is only 2 months old so the inside is pretty much spotless. One of the main reasons I went there is to have them clean my WeatherTech mats. when I return to my car my mats were still filthy and sopping wet. if I hadn't already been there for 45 minutes I probably would have addressed this to the manager but I needed to get back to work. The worst car wash I’ve ever got went back a few days later got a platinum wash they still missed all these dirt spots on the back hatch on the inside and didn’t wash the floor mats or put leather conditioner on. Mister car wash you have lost my business after $70 in car washes in 2 days
I got my car cleaned inside and outside last week. There was a ton of dirt left inside. Part of the console hadn't even been touched and the carpets hadn't been completely vacuumed. I could have done a better job at home. I sent an email via their website, no response. My family has been going to the Downtowner for decades and always loved their service, but I will be finding another full service car wash after this latest experience .

Staff is friendly however I was expecting a clean car. They missed several spots on the interior.
Disappointed In the service here lately, cancelling my memberships. If you want better quality go to shore view or Roseville though.
