I visited my dental office on June 20, 2017. The service they provided was excellent.
Katie is a fantastic dental hygienist! I left a dental office to follow a former hygienist to Family Dental. She retired! Katie came in, and filled some big boots.
I first came here because I needed laughing gas. I used to cry every time I went to the dentist. This started after I broke my jaw in 2011. They were very patient with me. I see Heidi S. for periodontal cleanings. I no longer cry. I no longer need the laughing gas. I can get through my cleanings with no fear. I even had fillings replaced by Dr. Amanda G. I also received some great help deciding about insurance from Dr. Konen.
All personnel at Downtown Family Dental are exceptionally friendly and patient oriented. The cleaning was thorough and painless. The dental care plan included every aspect of future needs -- a total care package. I look forward to working with Downtown Family Dental of Baraboo to expertly take care of my dental needs.
