Beautiful historic office and state of the art equipment with a friendly warm staff make you feel like part of the family. Dr Ganshert is easy going and you can feel her smile under her mask (Covid)! Katy is so gentle and superb! Ryan wraps things up nicely! I always smile as I walk out (of a dentist office)!!!

My experience at Family Dental today was great as usual! All staff are always so friendly and helpful and great at giving tips on how to keep my teeth in the best shape. I love the "goodies" they give me to try--things that are new to me. I don't see how they could do a better job. I "almost" look forward to the next appointment! The staff was wonderful, friendly, courteous and professional. The dentist was quite impersonal, all business. I understand the need to be efficient but a personal touch is appreciated.
I am a very satisfied patient. Downtown Family Dental is technically excellent as well as customer friendly. The one feature that stands out is their dental membership program which was created last year in answer to consumer requests. I signed up last year and was 100% satisfied. Signed up again this year. This was my first encounter with the Downtown Dental team. I was extremely pleased. From the call for an appointment with Jessi to my first conversation with Robin they took the time to explain everything and make sure I understood. The checkup with Bobbi and the Dentist was very thorough and again everything was explained very clearly from the future action plan to the explanation of charges. I am very happy I switched and I referring my wife.
