The hygienist did an excellent job. I'm always comfortable coming to Dr. Konen's Office. A.ways welcomed, comfortable. Not that it was necessarily needed, I was disappointed no dentist was there to check but again... the hygienist was very assuring! I always feel well taken care of and... Baraboo is fortunate to have such good professionals!!

This was a semi-annual cleaning for me. As always everything was done well and professionally. I appreciate the understanding nature I receive about my questions.
Yesterday I had what could have been a fairly unpleasant procedure. Anywhere else and I would have been scared and ill about it, but the staff at Downtown Family Dental were so friendly and supportive and competent that I could relax a bit and go through it with no pain and very little discomfort. And that's saying something because I've had some rough dental appointments in other cities. The "family" part of their name is spot on because they make our family feel like part of theirs.
