I had an emergency dental problem. I was up in northern WI. at a friend of mine and my lower plate broke in two pieces. My girl friend wanted me to go to a dentist by her and I said NO way I am leaving tonight and calling my dental office in the morning . I called Downtown Family Dental at about 8:15 AM and they got me in at 8:30 AM. I left my lower denture there and they had it fixed better than new for me by 4:30 PM and the price was very reasonable. Dr Genshert is my much valued dentist. She was on vacation this week when I had debilitating jaw pain on the holiday weekend. I was worked into Dr Konen's' schedule. He had X-rays taken and did a comprehensive exam of my problem area. There were no conclusive results of my pain but now I can rule out a dental issue and go on to another type of dr. I appreciate the professionalism of all the staff from the desk to the hygienist to the dr.
Always a good place to keep the teeth doing their work.

My last dentist retired after being with him for 36 years. I had to find a new dentist. I was very nervous and apprehensive. I asked many people if they would recommend who they are seeing. I was surprised how many people were "settling" for who they went to. The only person that was absolutely ecstatic about there dentist recommended Amanda Ganshert. I really appreciate the care and concern that everyone at Downtown Family Dental shows their patients. I've been going there for years, driving 15 miles for my appointments, because of the great care I get each and every time.
Excellent as expected.
The hygienist working with me on 3/1/16 did an excellent job of cleaning. She was very friendly and efficient. She used equipment (sonic?) I'd never had previously for cleanings and it works great. I'm losing my enamel so that was important to me. It was greatly appreciated!
