I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. Last month, my friend and I booked appointments at the same location and time. I arrived 30 minutes early, but 20 minutes before my appointment, I received a text from the front desk telling me I had been moved to a different location. When I expressed that I was already at the original salon, the response I got was dismissive, saying the other location was “only five minutes away” so there was no reason for me to be late. This place is a scam. You book appointments and they cancel them for no reason. Narcy, the owner, constantly changes and cancels appointments without notice. One time, I even scheduled well in advance, and she moved my appointment just to put two people together, completely disregarding my time. On top of that, the quality is terrible: nails end up weak, like paper, and with white spots. I do not recommend this place at all.
This is definitely a 5 star review type of place. Not only are the prices incredible but all the girls who work there are super nice and really good! I definitely Recommend it and will be back !
