I just want to thank Dr Dow and his fantastic staff especially Andrea and unfortunately I did not get her name on her day off went in and sent my X-ray to the oral surgeon. Andrea went above and beyond to get me into an oral surgeon on her day off as well. Thank you thank you thank you!! I will be back soon for my other dental needs.
I would highly recommend Dr. Dow. The office fits you in with him when you have an emergency, I mean all his girls are very accommodating.

Dr Dow is very sweet however his front office staff are terribly rude, and there was a misunderstanding with a bill that was being sent to the wrong address and now they will no longer see me, even though I tried to call and clear it up, they were horribly rude and didn't listen to anything I was telling them. So be aware when you go here. It's very sad because I loved going to Dr. Dow.
Dr. James Dow and Staff are amazing caring and compassionate. Years ago when I was nervous to go to the Dentist (like so many others) from the moment I walked through the door they eased my nerves 💚I bring my 6 year old little guy there and he's been a patient of theirs since he was 2. It's a family affair as my husband and in-laws are also patient's of Dr. Dow's. We go every 6 months 😉
I'm sure everybody feels the same way about going to the dentist! but everybody at this office is super nice and kind walk you through step-by-step on what's going on they made me feel super comfortable. They are definitely getting my recommendation. They are high tech and clean . I would say the only downside is they don't do procedures like root canals and pulling teeth etc. but they work closely with somebody down the street that comes highly recommended.
Dr. Dow definitely takes the fear out of dentistry. He is extremely skilled at his job, a visit to his office is quick and painless. The staff is very courteous and friendly, there has never been a wait time, they call you in almost immediately after you arrive. The practice is very well organized sending reminder texts right when you take the appointment and when the appointment is near. My family and I are very lucky to have Dr. Dow's practice so close to our house.
