Long ass the property manager Ashley is working there this is a terrible place to work , corporate hired two other ladies that I know of they are more terrible than Ashley . these ladies have no idea how to run a company, then they hire a man named Bruce that only like certain race , I give dislocation a one star
I have lived here for 1.5 years. The walls and floors are so paper thin, that I can hear my upstairs neighbor using the restroom. The staff in the office is not helpful and rarely know what you're talking about let alone what they are doing. They promise anything to get you to sign a lease, but nothing comes of it. Our water is YELLOW, almost brown. It looks like sewer water. When you ask the office they claim it's the city flushing the lines. I think when you are a college kid looking for a less " college like " apartment around campus you get excited. The team there makes it sound so good, at first. Honestly, it's a waste of a lot of money. They have rude staff after you move in their colors come out. There isn't much to say because Dover hill really isn't much of an establishment... The office manager and the mother company are the worst. They take off $625 from security deposit by claim there is a damage in the carpet and when I asked him to provide me a pictures of the damage. they told me we will send it by mail and till know I didn't receive any thing . I left many voice massage but no response.
Not only has working here been amazing, but living here has too! Best experience!!
