Management does everything to try and get as much money out of you as they possible can, without truly trying to make your experience a good one. I lived here for 2 years (2 years of constant frustrations and rude management). Rent goes up EVERY YEAR. Because of that you would expect there to be extra amenities, but absolutely not. Their reasoning for upping rent was because they remodeled the hot tub area... All they did was add a coat of paint. To say they are crooks is an understatement. One of the worst apartments in Kalamazoo!!
The worst management ever, bad company, bad service, not clean apartment, the building smell so bad, bad security, the building lock never worked. The pool has unhealthy turned green... the only thing the management care is how they charge fees, forget about any deposit you paid...etc
I live here now and hate it. They entered my apartment, for an inspection, without my knowledge or notifying me after. They had me kenneling my dog for days to do the inspection but had already, without my knowledge, completed the inspection. They told me there was one inspection a year and now there is another notice of an inspection and want me to kennel my dog and empty my closet.
