This place sucks! For what they want for rent the apartments should be much nicer than what they are. Be careful because they like to “bait and switch “. They will tell you you get special offer for year, then switch it to 6 month moments before you sign. You can’t trust them read everything.

The 2br 2ba have large rooms with several large closets and tons of additional storage space. The apartments are very clean and any needed repairs are done quickly. There are several included amenities (pool, hot tub, internet, covered parking) that make living here wonderful. I highly recommend Dover Hills Apartments.
These apartments are truly homes. Very clean and sharp! Maintenance and office staff are very helpful and genuine! I love my apartment, I have ample closets and spacious rooms. Best apartment so far!!
Friendly staff and overall great place to live. Good location by grocery stores and freeway; approximately 10m from WMU campus. Downside is that hot tub has been shut down for almost the whole time I’ve lived here.
Been living at Dover Hills for 3 months now and can definitely say it's pretty nice and worth the money. (I live in a single bedroom with a roommate.) The maintenance staff has been friendly and quick (within 2 days) to fix any issues we've had. The staff overall has been nice as well and make you feel welcome whenever you come into the leasing office. Nice facility, requests are completed in a reasonable timeframe, and the clubhouse has some very nice, useful amenities. My biggest complaint is that I sometimes see non-residents wandering outside my window. I do see security personnel if I’m coming in/going out at evening though, which is nice.
I live here since I came to U.S This place is wonderful. They have a beautiful lake sight, dogs park, volleyball area, study lounge, free paper print for residents, gym, swimming pool and sauna! I have enjoyed living here over the past year and have few regrets. My only regret would be not searching for apartments earlier to find a cheaper place. When I moved, Dover Hills was the costliest, but also the only one I could move into right away. By the way, the cost includes a carport, but not cable. Also, I’ll admit the community washer/dryer is convenient being on every floor, but also quite expensive over time. I’ve had no problems with management or maintenance.
