This place sucks! For what they want for rent the apartments should be much nicer than what they are. Be careful because they like to “bait and switch “. They will tell you you get special offer for year, then switch it to 6 month moments before you sign. You can’t trust them read everything.

Look elsewhere The management lied to me more than once. The apartment was not clean upon move in. Even the carpet wasn't vacuumed let alone cleaned. The people before me obviously had a pet or pets because I vacuumed while moving in and got all kinds of animal hair in my vacuum. I told management that I couldn't live there because it smelled bad and was giving me sinus problems. Asked for a different apt, and was told they would clean the carpet. The 2br 2ba have large rooms with several large closets and tons of additional storage space. The apartments are very clean and any needed repairs are done quickly. There are several included amenities (pool, hot tub, internet, covered parking) that make living here wonderful. I highly recommend Dover Hills Apartments.
Great place to live I have lived in Dover Hills on two separate occasions totaling 3.5 years. Currently living in a 2br 2ba which has large rooms with several large closets and tons of additional storage space. The apartments are very clean and any needed repairs are done quickly. There are several included amenities (pool, hot tub, internet, covered parking) that make living here wonderful. I highly recommend Dover Hills Apartments.

These apartments are truly homes. Very clean and sharp! Maintenance and office staff are very helpful and genuine! I love my apartment, I have ample closets and spacious rooms. Best apartment so far!!
