Was the worst apartment living experiece for me.
What kind of place charges 150% of lease fees because you don't give them a written 45-day notice that you aren't renewing that you knew nothing about??? If I don't renew then I probably do not want to be there another year. This place has stolen enough of my money already! FURIOUS!
I far more than hated it, i despised it. MAKE SURE YOU READ GOOGLE REVIRWS ALSO, there are many people listing all of the same issues for years. Definitely more realistic ratings on there. By far the worst apartment experience I have ever had and I have lived in many different places. I wouldn't even recommended this apartment complex to my worst enemy. Great place to live! Maintenance is on top of their requests and the office is friendly.
I am pretty sure since we moved in we have had just about every appliance replaced in our apartment. This last time was the dryer. Out of a dryer for about a week. We were told there was no other apartment that had a washer/dryer we could borrow until ours was fixed. Sunday the dryer went out, by Friday they said the part wouldn't be in until sometime the next week. Unacceptable and that's what we told them.
