The check in procedure is HORRIBLE. You have to call from a phone at the desk and make a reservation!!!?!?!? The room was nice though!
Come on dover downs fix the buffet. Hire some more floor attendance. You know whats wrong. No one sitting at bar...guess why.
First timers. We stayed one nite bc we were attending an affair in the hotel. Room was clean and comfy eith view of the track. Needs some USB ports but plenty of outlets for charging

I was a little dissapointed on this stay. The buffet was terrible. It was a wednsday it seemed like there was,a lot of items being reused. After telling an employee who was a young woman that the lettuce was brown I watched in dismay as she refilled the lettuce by pouring a bag of brown lettuce on top of the brown lettuce already in the container. We spent Friday Feb. 16th there at the casino. Paul's players card was rejected throughout the evening. He took his card at least 2 times to get another card. Throughout the night the card was rejected again. We spend a lot of money in your casino we would like to know his card was rejected.
Nothing but good things to say about this place,I have enjoyed the experience.
