Wonderful staff ,clean and non- smoking
I am not sure why this casino thinks that sending me offers for free buffets at their Festival Buffet will entice me to come there to gamble but they are seriously mistaken. That buffet is a horrible joke and should be shut down! So....take note Dover Downs..... send me some GOOD offers if you want me to come spend my money there.
