Many believe that Abe Doumar, founder of Doumar's Cones & Barbecue, gave the world its first ice cream cone. Doumar was a traveling salesman retailing paperweights at the famous St. Louis World's Fair in 1904. When an ice cream seller exhausted his stock of paper dishes to hold the ice creams, he got a nearby waffle maker to roll his waffles into cones and thus invented the waffle cone. Been going sense I was a kid , the food is great . Lime aids are the best . Do not miss going here for a great time
Excellent FOOD and Great SERVICE Just don't get any better than that.
The food and milk shakes were good. But sitting there listening to the waitress and the cook argue over having to make a BLT and French fries and watching the waitress rolling her eyes at everything is a bit childish. Not sure of we will come back or not. For a little family diner I really expected something different and a happier atmosphere.
