Going on 14 yrs of pain now. His nurse contacted me and said I had tears in the labrum and infraspranotaus and he'd like to schedule surgery. I do not know for sure what happened next. Facts are at next appointment he scheduled me physical therapy which was a joke. Sure wish he'd took care of it then....maybe my insurance at the time had something to do with it I don't know. But I hurt, every freakin day

I have been a patient of Doctor Shenkman for approx 5 years. He has performed a left knee Arthroscopy and a right knee replacement. I had a great result for both. Dr. Shenkman has a pleasant attitude. He answers every question to my satisfaction. He provides options for my treatment. His team members that I have interacted with are awesome. Eric, Amber and Stacey are the best! I will eventully need a replacement for my left knee. I will be blessed to have Doctor Shenkman perform this operation on me.
So I had to have a full knee replacement of my left leg. While the doctor was doing the surgery he found a bad part of the bone. He had to graph another piece of bone to the old bone. He did a fantastic day and I will soon be back to my old self. Thank you and your staff so very much.
Dr. Shenkman is terrific: extremely knowledgeable and skilled, personable and informative. He was recommended for cleaning up the bone spurs and arthritis in my shoulder, also widening the space between adjacent bone structures to prevent a recurrence.
