Do not use this company. I paid $185 to get my AC fixed and was reassured the issue was fixed. 3 months later , same issue again and I had to pay another company $250 to get it fixed. Spoke to one female manager there and she was rude. Will definitely not use again or recommend.

(6/8/2022) Our technician was dispatched out to Ms. G*******s property because her system wasn't cooling and we received a service ticket through her Home Warranty Company, First American Home Warranty. While the technician was there he found water in the primary drain pan, so he cleared the drain lines, checked for a leak (did not find one), and was able to get system back up and cooling/pressures normal. This company is amazing. They complete my father’s maintenance and he could not remember his filter size. He is 86 years old and not comfortable climbing up a chair to check it. They sent a guy out who lived close to get all the proper information and came out and completed the maintenance. Never charged an extra penny and made sure to write all the info down so he could have it for later. Really go above and beyond
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…!!!!! 28k dollars for (2) new Trane systems. New air ducts upstairs. New vents. New everything except air ducts downstairs due to the sub floor. Half ass install - they attached new ducts to my old ducts and left all old registers in place. When I called them out the owners wanted to argue about their install. They sent a technician out to my house (without appointment) to caulk the registers and my sheetrock. I kicked the technicians off my property. They were supposed to send Trane Specialist to my ... read more

Extremely overpriced. I wanted to pay for system after the credit with no interest for five years. Only offered me a 3% cash discount. Five years of interest was included in price. They would not consider deducting that and let me pay it off at a fair price. Not inflated price. Also damage was done to my home
I had a great experience with Douglas Mechanical. I called because my AC was not cooling and the ladies in the office were very helpful. The technician came out and he was on time and worked quickly to get the problem resolved couldn’t ask for a better experience!
Aaron and Sonny were very professional and easy to work with. They replaced my entire heating system in the attic and my outside air conditioning condensing unit for a good price. All the work was completed in one day. It's good to know my home will be heating and cooling better at a lower energy cost and my purchase is covered for 10 years parts and labor.

After my research, I called Jared late at night and not only was he available right away, he also provided me with a thorough explanation of his systems and prices. First off, THANK YOU DOUGLAS MECHANICAL!!! I have had 3 other companies com out and try to sell me different stories on what was going on with my system. Ultimately, the were just trying to run up a high invoice on me ... or were incompliant. Nevertheless we were referred to Douglas by a friend who had been using them for many years now. When the technician arrived, he was prompt and wearing protective gear, which is a big deal for my family.
