Update 7.15.2025 back to 1 star. Flex ductwork was not sealed from their original installation over 2 years ago. This caused condensation to build up inside the duct's insulation, causing it to sag, produce mold, and gallons of water pouring out of the flex ducts. Their tech saw, and confimed the ducts were not sealed. They did not offer a full replacement of the duct work at their sole expence for their lack of proper installation. Updated for recent visits - we recently have had Douglas Mechanical come out several times for our AC and each time Michael came out, he always did an excellent job. From finding the right diagnosis to fixing the issue, he is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and always makes it right. Excellent customer service!
