Very thorough and intelligent. Previous 3 visits from other AC did not do such a great job inspection. We appreciate Julao work
I used Douglas Mechanical as a warranty provider. My technician Rider called before coming and explained the multiple issues with my AC unit. He was professional and respectful, wore a mask and shoe covers. He took pictures of the problem areas and documented it well for the warranty company. Because of my positive experience with Rider, I would highly recommend Douglas Mechanical!

These guys did an excellent Job for me today. My AC unit was kicking on and off regardless of what the controller was telling it to do. As part of their maintenance program they came out and identified the issue, fixed it and went on their way. Total time of 2 hours spent. Despite having to deal with the complexities of doing a house call while Dealing with Covid, the Douglas Mechanical team delivered. Thanks you for your professional work and assistance.

I was assigned these guys to fix my ac system on my townhouse in the woodlands. They, at this point have been there 7 times but it is still not working. first they came out and informed me that my compressor was bad. no problem, should be covered under my warranty. In order to install the new compressor, i needed to "up grade" the system it would work. I paid 1200 for this. they ordered the compressor and showed up on the scheduled day to install it. No compressor, just a technician informing me I need a new compressor. wait... read more
