I have been thrown through a loop with being told this is wrong with your car and then I spend money to fix it and then the problem is still there and then I get told well it’s something else so I spend money to fix it and guess what it’s not the issue. Went in at 7AM on Saturday for an express oil change and tire rotation. Got out before 8AM including the time spent waiting as second in line. I though that that was pretty good. Plus, the service Rep. Mark, was great. Very helpful. Represented Douglas Chrysler very well.
