Very disappointed with this dealership. I bought a car from them that needed the driving mount fixed. They fixed and now it is broke again. I took the car up there to get inspected and they said they would be in touch and i have NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM!! Would not recommend!!
Recommendedmy husband and I just bought a jeep grand Cherokee @ douglas jeep. Mike was our salesman and he was very friendly and didn't make us wait. this was the easiest car transaction we've ever had. mike was no nonsense and no back and forth with price or BS. we told him where we wanted to be with a payment and he got us there quickly. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

First time using the service center since my purchase. Vanilla experience at best in the service department. Tech couldn’t even clean extra oil off the frame when finished? Dripped all over my driveway. Come on guys I can get that service at Walmart or Jiffy Lube. But at least I got to listen to the advisor give a guy a hard time about a rental. If you don’t need to go here, go elsewhere.

Had a great experience at Douglas! We worked with Zack Smith and he was awesome and we will definitely be referring him. If you are looking for a salesman than is no nonsense, no BS, straight shooter, he is your guy. Honest and incredibly knowledgeable about the car business. I had an excellent experience at this dealership from the start. We made a deal to purchase a jeep gladiator. We made arrangements to come in the next morning at 10 AM to handover our trade and finish up the paperwork. I was on the phone multiple times with Michelle Hanrahan the night before confirming the price and she said yes Monti will honor the price he gave you. I got a phone call at 8 AM and surprise surprise the vehicle went up $1500. They are dishonest and like to play games. Do not buy a car from this dealership
