I recently purchased a used vehicle through Douglas Jeep and I worked with Jack Kessler. The buying experience was wonderful. I have had the vehicle a week and experienced an issue with it and they took it in to correct the issue with no questions asked and set me up with a rental. They have been super professional and have great service. I would recommend Douglas Jeep and Jack Kessler for anyone looking to buy a used car.
We dealt with Scott Essex and basically the entire time we were with him trying to work out a deal he was very very very pushy and basically said he had other people to tend to and he was extremely rude. We took maybe a whole 45 minutes of his time which felt like eternity to him. We were told that they don’t really run your credit but see where you stand. We had an issue with a wheel on our 2013 Town and Country. Douglas took the time to look into the situation and gave us the info to have it taken care of when we return to our home in another part of the state.

Recently bought a used Grand Cherokee. Service department did an outstanding job on my 2019 scatpack widebody challenger, They took it for a test drive and knew what the problem was with my tires that the dealer that i bought the challenger from could not fix after 4 different tries at balancing my tires. Hats off to the service team !
