These service employees were so rude and inconsiderate. I knew what the issue was with my vehicle but they couldn’t advise of coverage by my warranty without a diagnostic appointment. I was encouraged to book online then treated poorly for doing so. The repair isn’t covered after being told that “it should be” and I had to pay the $145 diagnostic fee PLUS $16 for making my appointment online per their advisement. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Going into this I was dreading the entire experience but Scott was amazing since the beginning up until the very end. We did everything via email/text and when I went in to sign the papers I was in and out within 30 minutes!! No hassle, no unexpected changes. Just all around great customer service!

Walking up to the service area there were 4 men setting in their offices. Not one came out to ask us if we needed help. We knew that the radiator was cracked at the top. Didn’t need a service technician to tell us that. Follow the liquid! $150 to tell us it will not be covered. $16 to schedule an appointment online. Our daughter wants a Dodge Ram pickup. She won’t be buying it from you

The service dept is friendly and willing to not only help but willing to explain mechanical issues. In addition, they foresaw an issue, presented several options including prices and put it all in writing for me to evaluate in my own time
