Avoid working with Alejandro Jimenez. He canceled walkthroughs, failed to provide proof of damages, and is trying to take my deposit of $7500 with fabricated charges. He also showed up without notice demanding entry while I was still renting, and even tried terminating me early so he could sell the unit. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.
We recently purchased our third property with Meisha in Doral and it was truly a very smooth process. She was there from beginning to end & was exceptional throughout the entire transaction. From negotiating to making sure every deadline was met.
