Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. I've neve... read more

I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient.
