Dr. Laurain and staff made me feel welcome and comfortable from the reception window forward. He took the time to explain processes and what to expect from the treatments. One of his Assistants recommended a Moisturizing Cream which has improved my over all skin condition. Very Happy with the Care I'm receiving. Kevin/ Commerce Twp.
My grandpa had an appointment with this particular doctor that came highly recommended. My grandpa resides at the nursing facility and his appointment was at 1:45pm, transportation was running 15 minutes late, I have notified the office of the situation and they assured me it is not a problem. We walked into the office at 1:45 upon arrival they were checking him in and asking for ID and paperwork, took an additional 10 minutes or so. I LOVE Dr. Laurain. He is one of the few doctors I’ve encountered that truly listens to me. He addresses all my concerns and is so great about communicating along the way.
Dr. Laurain is such a great Dermatologist. He comforted me with my HS symptoms and talked throughly with me about treatment and care. His staff also was very helpful with helping me get paperwork for my job as it pertains to to my condition. I'm glad I found him
Dr. Laurain was very personable, kind and a huge improvement from my last dermatologist. Gentle in the procedure & concerned about my comfort level. Would definitely recommend.
