Hi! This dealership is the best that I have ever done business with as far as buying a car from. So friendly. There was no pressure. I came in, drove a 2018 Crosstrek, left, came back the next day and bought it. They did not try to pressure me into buying the car before I left. David took his time showing me a lot of the features of my car. Great!!!
I really felt like Doug Smith Subaru had my best interest at heart. I was never pressured to buy, but eventually did after shopping around and finding that they had exactly what I was looking for, at a great price. Really grateful for Craig Tedesco who went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted.
This place is incredible! I went in not knowing I was going to buy a car but am so happy I did! Luis was our salesman and he is amazing. I felt super comfortable and he offered a no pressure buying experience. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!
