I have enjoyed all of the techs that have worked on my vehicle - they are knowledgeable. Our family has brought 6 vehicles from Doug smith over time. Great experiences with the Subaru Service team! Came in to get our TPMS changed and was told that they’re still good for a while, what I’m saying is, they’re honest and don’t steal your money! We had Josh assist us for a few visits, he’s genuine and amazing!

We got a Forester from them brand new. we found some adhesive left over from the protective film on it being transported and ask them to remove the adhesive. They blatantly have denied our request- three times. We’ve taken the car in for warranty work, body pieces falling off,that was supposed to take a half a day And ended up taking an entire day.
