Great experiences with the Subaru Service team! Came in to get our TPMS changed and was told that they’re still good for a while, what I’m saying is, they’re honest and don’t steal your money! We had Josh assist us for a few visits, he’s genuine and amazing!

We got a Forester from them brand new. we found some adhesive left over from the protective film on it being transported and ask them to remove the adhesive. They blatantly have denied our request- three times. We’ve taken the car in for warranty work, body pieces falling off,that was supposed to take a half a day And ended up taking an entire day. Went in for a vehicle recall part replacement. -Building experience: 5/5 Clean building with complimentary snacks while you wait. -Dale the rep: 3/5 Dale was polite and friendly, but was quick to dismiss me about a different problem I had with my infotainment system once he thought he solved my problem for me. -Matt the mechanic: 5/5 The video that Matt took, diagnosing my vehicle, was very informative and comprehensive. -Conclusion: A good experience with people trying their best.
