I have enjoyed all of the techs that have worked on my vehicle - they are knowledgeable. Our family has brought 6 vehicles from Doug smith over time. Unfortunately, my card was randomly charged today by Doug smith Subaru and has over drawn my account, when talking to Doug Smith Subaru they stated the charges were due to a loaner vehicle not being filled up fully. Great experiences with the Subaru Service team! Came in to get our TPMS changed and was told that they’re still good for a while, what I’m saying is, they’re honest and don’t steal your money! We had Josh assist us for a few visits, he’s genuine and amazing!
