Team Bohannon just sold our home in 4 days! We also used them a few years ago for sale of our first home, and they sold that one in less than a week as well. They know what it takes to sell your house and they will do it FAST. We compared them with some other local realtors and they exceeded every expectation. I was fortunate enough to work with Brent (realtor) and Andrea (closing coordinator) and let me tell you, they are phenomenal. Honestly, Brent is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and helpful.
