I would recommend Vioma to anyone looking for a home. She and her coworkers answered my inquiry immediately and walk though the whole process. She provided all help which I needed even after the purchase. She is a very professional, helpful, thoughtful and reliable person.
Andres and I met "online" and he kept me informed of the status of the market while I was working out some issues for the sale of my house. He stayed in touch, but not pushy. Once I was ready to look at properties, he was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and knew what I wanted to see. Just finished closing yesterday, and I could not be happier with my experience with Andres Diaz and Team Bohannon.
My realtor was Brent. What I liked about Brent was his responsiveness to my questions, no matter what time of the day it was. He made us feel that we were important and so were our questions. He learned what we wanted quickly and new what we didn't want. He was a great negotiator and we ended up with a brand new washer and dyer that was not on the table. Kevin was great through our buying process. He showed us homes that were what we were looking for, not wasting any time on homes that we could maybe like. He was patient as we shopped. He didn't think twice when we asked to put a contract in on Easter Sunday. He was always there with a correct answer for every question and stood by and guided us every step of the way.
