Brent Woodard was my real estate agent. He was knowledgeable and extremely patient; there were days we looked at 12 or more homes. He had no problem meeting at times that worked with my schedule and we even looked in 3 counties. Andrea Windsor was my closing coordinator and walked me through the process to make sure I had all my documents in order. For my first home purchase I could not be happier.
Changing this review after our closing process, first off let me say they charge you a $350 facility fee, which they don't tell you till after you have excepted an offer on a house. Victor was great when were looking for houses. He was helpful and knew what he was doing. As soon at that contract is signed it was a 180. We rarely heard from him, Andrea their processor either doesn't understand her job or is just bad at it. Way too much went wrong to ever explain.
