It took me 13 months to find a home that was suitable for me. The first 3 months I went through 6 realtors, none listened to what I was saying what I wanted in my new home. They were very responsive, commutative and professional. I believe their staging played a large role in receiving an offer the first day on the market.
No high pressure sales talk. I was surprised at how our realtor Victor Lozier fought for us to get the best deal. He wasn't afraid to walk away when the situation was not the best for his buyers. I really appreciated his feedback. He also has the patience of a saint, as he worked with us for 2 years until we found the right home.
We met Vioma in a open house when we just started looking for houses, we started talking and base on the experience she demonstrated I told my wife I want her as our agent, Vioma was super profeccional and knowledge, all calls were either answered or she will call back withing minutes, we ran into some issues with construction company and there she was to represent us. My family and I just bought a home in the Carrollwood area. Vioma Lorenzo was my realtor and she did a great job with communicating with me and finding an alternative solution to the lender that I was originally working with. When she was not available, one of her team members Andrea Windsor seamlessly jumped in and helped us complete this process. I felt that the entire time they were working for our family and seeking out what would be best.
Vioma was always available day or night to show us houses. She responded to texts immediately. Her knowledge of the area and surrounding area was very helpful, since this move was a relocation from our of state. Highly recommend Vioma when looking to buy a new home or sell an existing property.
The service given has been excellent. They go in advance with the houses for sale. I recommend it highly. The information is accurate and the web site is friendly and easy to work.
She is a caring and intentional realtor. Always responed to phone calls and request. Quickly set up appointments. Followed up and folloed through. Represented us well. A true gem.
