Every time I visit Double Oak Mountain Family Dentistry, the service is always outstanding. When I went in today, I barely sat down a minute and they were ready to get started cleaning my teeth. The work was completely in a very timely manner. Since I like to come in around 10 AM, they went ahead and schedule my next two visits to make sure I got the time I wanted. I love the friendly staff at Double Oak Mountain Family Dentistry! It's always a pleasant experience when I get my teeth cleaned.
The office staff was very pleasant. I got in quickly for an appointment as a first time patient, a friend of my recommended them. The dental hygienist was very kind and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. She took an interest in my life which also inherently distracted me from the teeth cleaning, kudos! Dr. Samford came in without delay once my cleaning was done and was very kind. However he was a little short on details / options for my particular problem. After having a nightmarish experience with my previous dentist and his careless, unprofessional staff in the mid 2000's, I transferred my business to Double Oak Mountain Dentistry.
