I had a bad tooth and no dentist to go to. On Monday I called several places and received no calls back. On Tuesday morning I called Double Oak Mtn. and not only talked to a real live person but was able to schedule an appointment for that morning as soon as I could get there! How amazing is that? Not only was everyone super friendly. The dentist and endodontist that I had to see both shook my hand after introducing themselves. I had a root canal and zero pain from it. Yesterday-2/24/2014 I broke a tooth. It was not painful, and even though they graciously agreed to see me yesterday, I made an appointment for today. After looking at the broken tooth, Dr. Sanford said this was the type they had been having issues with and he replaced it at no charge even though it has been over a year ago when he put it in. My experience was great. My teeth feel great! Good job!!!
I have no complaints regarding my visit yesterday. Staff was knowledge and attentive. My actual cleaning was thorough and hygienist was polite and a good communicator.
I come here every six months with my two young children. Its always a nice experience and they do a great job!
Love my experience with Dr. Samford and his staff. He has been my Dentist for 5 years and I have only awesome reviews for him. Very friendly, concerned and helpful staff, professional yet they know you by name. I highly recommend them!
My visit was great. I was greeted by a friendly, smiling professional. Soon after, my hygienist greeted me also with a welcoming smile. She was very caring ad did a great job on doing what she did. Good job!!!!!
