Called the office with an ache. Told to come in one hour, was 30 minutes early and got ushered into the dental chair! Technician, Lindsay diagnosed and took x-ray. Dr. D.M. tapped and fooled around, decided not to excavate until root canal expert was consulted. Have an appointment tomorrow within 24 hrs. of first phone call. Scheduler complimented me on my shirt!
Just came in to have a problem crown looked at. All the ladies that work the front are always courteous and nice. They were also to get Dr. Samford to find time to look and my troubled tooth/crown. Dr. Samford has been great in fixing issues that I've had with crowns that have been put on by a previous dentist that did pretty shoddy work. Dr. Samford is always a straight shooter about what he thinks should be done and I always feel comfortable with his advice/decisions he makes when it comes to teeth.
My hygienist was awesome. She took great care of me and the receptionist was also very nice as well. Great visit.
Great dentist office. Everyone was friendly, thorough and made sure they were glad I am now a patient.
Been with them for almost 7 years now and they are a wonderful practice. They get you in and out. Have been easily available for emergencies and are always a pleasure to deal with.
As always, my experience on this date was without criticism. The staff are always pleasant and courteous; consistently demonstrating exemplary customer service. Additionally, they are always on time - I never have to wait like I do at other physician offices.
Woohoo!!! That's what my kids say when they find out its time to go to the dentist. My boys are 6 and 9 and absolutely love Double Oak Mountain Denistry. The office and staff are very caring and professional. I must say it's the best Dentist ever.
I love the personal attention the staff shows you. I've been a patient for almost 10 years DOMFD is truly a blessing to me.
This practice is by far the nicest, most efficient office I have been to in 28 years of living in Birmingham. When you arrive for your appointment, there is never a wait. They do not over book and cause you to wait. I have waited an hour twice at the last place I visited. The staff are always great to deal with and they really seem to care.
