Not much of an experience. Dealer said that the car was in the shop for repairs but had other vehicles available. I did not reply because the only vehicle I was interested in was the beetle.
Internet contact person said it would be available, spoke to dealer when i got there and it already left to auction on the same day i got there. Guess the internet contact and the dealers don't talk.
Didn't buy but, helpful
Called about a Jeep that did not say "mechanic special" anywhere in the description and was spoken to very rude over the phone because it supposedly said it was. Not being transparent about your vehicles and horrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.
The dealer responded quickly and with very good information about the car.
Joe was nice, I went in told him what car I wanted and he handed me the keys to go for a test drive. I ended up seeing another car that I wanted but it's been purchased so I did not and will not be purchasing from them unless something similar comes up. Cars had a little smell to them, they were also a little dirty.

He was very straight forward and honest about the quality of the car and I respect that
The dealer contacted me right away. .. they even set me up for a test drive and let me know about some other vehicles that were good within my price range
