Was told that the 2006 mercury gran marquis was still available on Friday and that frank would be there on Monday for a test drive. Got there after a half hour of driving to hear from frank who didn’t even stand up to great me but told me that the car was sold on Friday. Ok then, did he suggest any other vehicle? No just sat there. I should of brought a sandwich with me to hand to him so that he had something productive too do. I just left. $3200 in cash in my pocket. Excellent bought it on the spot
Joe was great in communicating with me. We live in Australia and was very helpful in giving us advice on how it works to buy a car in Pennsylvania. We visted the dealership and Frank served us. What a lovely guy! Ended up buying another car from them, not the one we initially planned too. Just liked the one we bought much more. Excellent service and we waited while they fixed a few small things on the car. Jerome was great too, driving us to get the tags and title done, he was extremely helpful. Not much of an experience. Dealer said that the car was in the shop for repairs but had other vehicles available. I did not reply because the only vehicle I was interested in was the beetle.
Internet contact person said it would be available, spoke to dealer when i got there and it already left to auction on the same day i got there. Guess the internet contact and the dealers don't talk.
Didn't buy but, helpful
Called about a Jeep that did not say "mechanic special" anywhere in the description and was spoken to very rude over the phone because it supposedly said it was. Not being transparent about your vehicles and horrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.
